We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in meeting sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with potential clients
Understand client needs and suggest suitable property options
Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and property values
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead conversion
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and updates for management
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
2–3 years of proven real estate sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented
Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate platforms
Ability to work on weekends and travel to project sites as needed
