Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-experienced Sales Executive who understands the real estate market in South and East Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with channel partners and must be confident in driving sales through client interaction, follow-ups, and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings

• Pitch relevant projects based on client needs and budget

• Explain project features, pricing, and USPs convincingly

• Schedule and conduct site visits with clients

• Follow up rigorously and push for closures

• Coordinate with builder’s sales teams for pricing, negotiations, and bookings

• Maintain proper CRM and daily activity reports

• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a channel partner real estate firm

• Excellent knowledge of South and East Bangalore’s residential projects and micro-markets

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and handle clients professionally

• Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred)

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and punctual

• Comfortable with weekend working (weekday off)
