We are looking for a dynamic and experienced AGM – Sales to lead and inspire our high-performing field sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate B2C sales and at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
Lead, manage, and grow the entire field sales team
Drive sales targets and team KPIs consistently
Develop and implement strategic sales plans
Build and nurture long-term client and developer relationships
Identify and capture new market opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
Represent the company at events, conferences, and exhibitions
Provide hands-on mentoring, training, and support to team members
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
6+ years of real estate field sales experience (B2C)
Minimum 3 years in a team leadership role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market
Must own a personal vehicle
Proficiency in team motivation and strategy execution

✅ Experience in Channel Partner Sales (Real Estate) is mandatory
