Roles and Responsibilities This Position reports to Sr. Sales Manager
● Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
● Managing lead generation and ensuring regular site visits are generated by the team.
● Helping the team in sales closures.
● Ensuring 3x of team cost is achieved as net revenue.
● Reviewing client activity, anticipating client needs, and improving overall satisfaction.
● Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team.
● Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
● Handling a team size of 2 to 4 members.
● Target 5 property sale per month
