Job Description: Market Surveyor (Real Estate)

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Market Surveyor to conduct real estate market research across various asset classes. The role requires fieldwork, data collection, and interaction with developers, property owners, and brokers for both under-construction projects and the resale/rental/lease market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct primary surveys of under-construction projects (residential, commercial, retail, industrial, etc.).
• Collect secondary data related to resale, rental, and leasing markets.
• Engage with developers, developer teams, and property owners regarding brokerage and market insights.
• Maintain updated market data records and prepare basic reports in Excel.
• Ensure regular local travel for field visits and surveys.

Requirements:
• Graduate or 12th Pass (minimum qualification).
• Computer knowledge with good command over Excel.
• Driving license (mandatory).
• Comfortable with local travelling on a daily basis.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented.
