Role Summary:
Responsible for driving sales by targeting projects, identifying business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers (builders, architects, contractors), and ensuring product approvals in ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach upcoming residential, commercial & industrial projects

• Build relationships with builders, architects, project heads & contractors

• Generate sales through product approvals in BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

• Track project progress from planning to execution stage

• Conduct presentations & product demos

• Negotiate pricing and close deals

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery & installation

• Maintain MIS, pipeline reports, and monthly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in Project Sales preferred

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Ability to build long-term client relationships

• Knowledge of construction/project ecosystem
