2 To qualify leads as per the pre-defined parameters
3.Educate customers on the current projects and book appointments for site visits and Aggressively and timely follow-up with prospective customers
4 Effective and consistent use of lead management system
5 Ensure adherence to call quality feedback from presales manager
6 To achieve pre-defined daily TAT (inbound/outbound) as agreed with Pre Sales Manager
7 To maintain pre-defined lead to site visit conversion target
8 Cross sell as and when suitable for enquiries - inbound and outbound
9 Ensure all relevant information captured in interaction with prospect customers to enable further strategy on follow up.
10 Well aware of brand and usage of relevant collaterals for all leads.
