Job Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Sales Executive to support our sales team. The role involves handling client queries, coordinating with property owners, maintaining leads, and ensuring smooth operations in the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to inbound leads from online portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, social media, etc.)
Coordinate with property owners, builders, and prospective clients to schedule site visits
Maintain and update property listings, client database, and CRM records
Assist in preparing property details, proposals, and sales documents
Follow up with clients post-site visit and support sales closure process
Provide backend support to the field sales team and management
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
Requirements
Fresher or upto 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or real estate backend operations
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi/Kannada preferred)
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and online real estate platforms
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle client queries professionally
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
