We are looking for a Operation Manager to join our team at Axlemechanic Technologies Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.

• Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.

• Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.

• Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.

• Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.

Wrencho is seeking dynamic and result-driven Area Operation Managers on a contract basis to manage and grow oil distribution operations across Upper and Lower Assam. The company will provide leads, and the manager must ensure successful order conversions and fulfill monthly sales targets.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Manage field operations and oil supply in the assigned area (Upper/Lower Assam).

Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into sales.

Coordinate with delivery and logistics partners for smooth operations.

Track and maintain records of oil order volumes and customer details.

Ensure timely reporting to the central operations team.

Build strong relationships with distributors and local partners.

Regularly travel within assigned areas to monitor and expand business.

💰 Salary Structure (Performance-Based):

✅ If 50 KL oil volume is achieved in a month → ₹15,000 salary

✅ If 100 KL oil volume is achieved in a month → ₹20,000 salary

✅ If more than 100 KL is achieved → Additional incentives (as discussed)

❌ No salary will be paid without achieving the minimum target (50 KL)

📌 Leads will be provided by the company for easier market access.

🎓 Eligibility & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, field sales, or distribution (preferred).

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to handle on-ground challenges and customer coordination.

Must be comfortable with travel within assigned districts.

Should own a smartphone and basic working knowledge of mobile apps.
