About the Company

Vertech Health Solution is a growing healthcare organization engaged in providing innovative Home Healthcare Products under its brands Perfecxa and Diabascan. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to strengthen our presence in the Bhubaneswar market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the retail market for home healthcare products in Bhubaneswar and nearby territories.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales in the assigned territory.

• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Ensure proper product placement and visibility in the market.

• Coordinate with distributors and channel partners for order fulfillment and stock management.

• Submit daily activity reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.

• Participate in product demonstrations, promotional activities, and awareness programs.

Preferred Product Experience

Candidates having experience with any of the following products will be preferred:

• BP Monitors

• Glucometers

• Nebulizers

• Oxygen Concentrators

• CPAP/BiPAP Devices

• Pulse Oximeters

• Breast Pumps

• Other Home Healthcare and Medical Device Products

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Home Healthcare Products, Medical Devices, Healthcare Products, or related healthcare sales.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Knowledge of the Bhubaneswar healthcare and retail market will be an added advantage.

The candidate will primarily be responsible for Bhubaneswar and nearby markets, including:

• Chandrasekharpur

• Patia

• Nayapalli

• Rasulgarh

• Saheed Nagar

• Cuttack and surrounding areas (as assigned)
