Promote and sell company products (Ayurvedic formulations such as Arthomegh, Diabamegh, etc.) to doctors, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, retailers, and stockists.
Conduct product presentations and detailing to healthcare professionals.
Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market.
Maintain records of daily calls, prescriptions generated, and follow-up actions.
Organize doctor meetings, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and promotional activities.
Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Experience: 0–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
