• Acquire new clients: doctors, clinics, hospitals & healthcare providers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Achieve monthly sales targets and increase revenue

• Promote pathology tests and diagnostic services in assigned areas

• Conduct field visits, meetings & follow-ups

• Generate leads and convert them into business

• Maintain daily visit reports & client interaction records

• Coordinate with lab team for service delivery

• Provide market feedback to management

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years sales experience in pathology lab/diagnostics

• Graduate (Life Sciences/Healthcare preferred)

• Good knowledge of pathology tests & medical diagnostic services

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Fluency in Hindi + basic English

• Must have a bike + valid driving license

• Comfortable with fieldwork in West Delhi area
