Role Overview

As a Medical Representative at Honeymint, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our healthcare and wellness products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. You will act as a key link between Honeymint and the medical community, ensuring our brand and products are well represented in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Honeymint’s products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals through regular visits and presentations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure consistent product recommendation.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives in the assigned territory.

Conduct product demonstrations, explain benefits, and address medical queries from professionals.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams.

Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and promotional events.

Maintain accurate records of daily calls, sales reports, and customer interactions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).

0–3 years of experience in a similar role; freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting professional relationships.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
