The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our educational programs, distributing marketing materials, and building strong relationships with potential students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits, door-to-door campaigns, and area promotions.

• Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and other marketing materials in assigned zones.

• Identify potential leads and follow up to convert them into admissions.

• Conduct presentations and interact with students and parents to explain Rankridge’s offerings.

• Develop and execute creative sales strategies to achieve targets.

• Maintain and update the lead database and submit daily/weekly reports to management.

• Represent the institution professionally in all interactions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (Degree holders preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or field promotions.

• Must be comfortable with complete field work.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email usage).

• Strong self-motivation and result-oriented mindset.
