Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Home Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, explaining home loan products, and assisting them throughout the loan process until disbursement. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and dedication to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through various channels.
Meet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable home loan products.
Guide customers in completing application forms and required documentation.
Coordinate with banks and internal teams to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the management.
Requirements:
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Sales experience in home loans or mortgage loans is a must.
