Job Role Summary
As a Lead Generation Executive, your job is to find and qualify potential customers who might need
business loans. You will connect with them, explain our loan products, and help the sales team close deals.
Key Responsibilities
· Find new potential customers (MSMEs) through calls, online channels, and referrals.
· Check if the customers are eligible for our loans.
· Explain our loan products and process to interested businesses.
· Keep records of leads in an organized manner.
· Work closely with the sales team to move leads forward.
· Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
· Share feedback on lead quality with the marketing team.
Requirements
· Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
· Basic understanding of loans or financial products.
· 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling, lead generation, or sales (preferably in finance or loans).
· Self-driven and goal-oriented.
Education
· Minimum: 12th Pass
· Preferred: Graduate (Commerce, Business, or similar)
