We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and mentoring advisors, driving business targets, and ensuring both advisor and customer retention. This role demands strong leadership, a knack for sales, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Advisor Recruitment & Training: Recruit, onboard, and train advisors to build a high-performing team.
Mentorship & Coaching: Act as a mentor and coach to advisors, guiding them towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling a mix of products.
Support advisors in generating leads and closing sales.
Retention Focus:
Enhance advisor retention through engagement and support.
Focus on customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
Branch Development:
Contribute to branch growth through strategic recruitment.
Utilize social networking skills to expand business reach.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience required.
Age Limit: 21 to 38 years.
Education: Graduate or above.
