Role Details

1. Key Account Managers are responsible for acquiring new customers, increasing bank’s liability base, servicing walk-in-customers and

2. covering all the needs of the mapped clients

3. Overall Job Description

4. To acquire new clients through leads and family accounts grouping

5. To grow the liability base (CASAFD) of the bank by deepening relationships of mapped customer base

6. To sell bank and third party products like LI, GI, Home Loans, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans etc.

7. To service clients covering all their banking needs including bank/3rd party products

8. To meet / call mapped clients for client servicing needs and new products cross sell

9. To actively participate in driving campaigns conducted across liability and other products

10. To conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on compliance

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Essential requirement: Graduate / Post Graduate, preferred

exposure to financial subjects

Preferred: Post Graduate in Finance / Commerce

WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential requirement: 2 years of relevant work experience in the

banking / financial services / insurance organisations

Preferred requirement: 1 year relevant experience in the

financial sector

Additional requirements:

1. Valid AMFI / IRDA Certifications; If validity has expired – old certificates may be considered

2. Candidate with experience working in an sales based incentive role, will be preferred

3. Desired Behavioural / Functional Traits

4. Knowledge of Banking products and processes.

5. Strong Relationship Management skills. (Candidates with existing set of customers are preferred)

6. Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities.

7. Effective communication & interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to adapt to change in a fast growing franchise.

9. Ability to maintain/attract long lasting client relationships
