We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing professional to promote and sell IT hardware and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B/B2C hardware and software sales, strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure products, enterprise software, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for IT hardware (servers, storage, networking devices, desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals) and software solutions (SaaS, enterprise applications, ERP/CRM, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, networking, and digital channels.
· Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, product presentation/demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing deals.
· Collaborate with vendors/OEMs (HP, Dell, Cisco, Lenovo, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Adobe, etc.) and distributors to optimize pricing and solution offerings.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, renewals, upselling, and repeat business.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in both hardware and software segments.
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns (events, promotions, webinars, digital initiatives) to increase product and brand visibility.
· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
· Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution design, demos, implementation, and after-sales support.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
· 3–8 years of proven experience in IT hardware and/or software sales & marketing.
· Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking equipment, enterprise software, SaaS, and cloud-based solutions.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.
· Existing network of corporate and channel partners in the IT hardware and software industry.
· Experience in selling enterprise software (ERP, CRM, BI, or cybersecurity) and IT hardware solutions.
· Understanding of cloud technologies and subscription/licensing models.
· Strong problem-solving, consultative selling, and client engagement skills.
