Job Title : IT Sales Executive (Recruitment Services)Location : Gurgaon – Sector 48 (Work From Office)Experience : 6 Months to 2 yearsEmployment Type : Full-TimeIndustry : IT Recruitment / StaffingWorking Days : Monday to SaturdayAbout the Role :We are looking for a proactive IT Sales Executive who can generate business for our recruitment services, build strong client relationships, and manage payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of IT hiring, and experience in B2B sales.Key Responsibilities :1. Client Acquisition & Business DevelopmentIdentify, target, and onboard new clients for IT recruitment services.2. Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking channels.3. Understand client hiring needs and pitch suitable recruitment solutions.4. Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.5. Client Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.6. Coordinate with clients regarding job requirements, submissions, and feedback.7. Act as the primary point of contact for clients for any recruitment-related queries.8. Payment Follow-Up & CoordinationFollow up with clients for due and pending payments.9. Visit client offices in Gurgaon/nearby if required for payment follow-ups.10. Maintain clear records of invoices, payment status, and follow-up actions.11. Internal CoordinationWork closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.12. Provide regular updates to management regarding sales pipeline, closures, and payment status.Required Skills & Qualifications :1. 6 Months to 2 years of experience in IT Sales / Recruitment Sales / Staffing Business Development.2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.3. Basic understanding of IT job roles and hiring processes.4. Ability to generate leads independently.5. Good presentation and client-facing skills.Must be comfortable with field visits within Gurgaon for payment follow-ups (if needed).
