Job Title: IT Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 (Negotiable based on interview & experience)
Growth India is looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing deals related to technology products, services, and customized IT solutions.
Identify potential clients in the Noida and Gurgaon areas through field visits, networking, and research
Understand client requirements and offer tailored IT products and solutions
Conduct product presentations and demos as needed
Prepare and negotiate quotations, close sales deals, and achieve monthly targets
Maintain strong post-sales client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new technology offerings
Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure client requirements are met effectively
Proven experience in IT sales or field sales (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field
Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and/or services is a plus
Willingness to travel locally to client sites in Noida and Gurgaon
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
