Developing and maintaining strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their business needs, and providing personalized service.
Product knowledge & Working Experience of all SME Products – GMC, GPA, Fire, Marine, Liability, Burglary etc.
Managing a portfolio of SME clients, monitoring their insurance needs, and proactively engaging with them to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the SME sector to grow the insurance company's client base and revenue.
Ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to SME clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
Managing a portfolio of SME clients, monitoring their insurance needs, and proactively engaging with them to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Selling insurance products and services to SMEs, as well as cross-selling other relevant financial products offered by the company
Working with internal teams and customer service, to facilitate seamless service delivery to SME clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven Experience on Insurance Broking Industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and identifying new business opportunities.
Understanding of various insurance products and policies relevant to SMEs.
Well Experienced & Familiarity with the unique needs and challenges of SME businesses.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Relationship Manager – Insurance Sales.
Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new agents - POSP, ensuring they meet company standards and are properly trained.
Achieving Sales Target
Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for agents, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional skills.
Guiding agents in achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, providing support and addressing their needs.
Tracking agent performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Developing and implementing strategies to grow the agency channel, expand market share, and increase profitability.
Serving as a point of contact between the agency and the company, coordinating with various departments to support the agent network.
Required skills
Proven working experience from Insurance Broking Industry in agency channel
Familiarity with all types of insurance plans
Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis.
