Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead a team of insurance advisors to achieve business targets
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
Recruit, train, and mentor agents to improve sales skills and productivity
Coordinate appointments, close deals, and meet sales targets while maintaining quality standards
Develop business plans, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job training
Design and execute promotional activities to drive business growth
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum bachelor's degree
