Role: Manage 40 counters and Skin Consultant to achieve sales targets.

Core Responsibilities

Fill staff vacancies within 3 days

Train, schedule, and support teams

Monitor sales and achieve targets

Visit 3 to 4 counters daily

Ensure stock, testers, and samples are available

Track staff performance and improve productivity

Maintain accurate sales and stock records

Step in and sell when required

Success Factors

Analyze competitor activities

Collect customer feedback

Build strong store-manager relationships

Resolve team conflicts quickly

Report low stock of fast-moving products

Working Conditions

9 -hour shift (including breaks)

Weekly off: Sunday (or weekday if needed)
