### Key Responsibilities
• Achieve sales targets in assigned territory by selling FMCG products.
• Identify and approach retailers and distributors; expand customer base.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts; ensure product visibility and proper shelf placement.
• Monitor stock levels; place orders; follow up on deliveries.
• Collect market information: competitor activity, prices, promotions.
• Conduct regular store visits; ensure merchandising standards and promotional displays are implemented.
• Report daily/weekly on sales, route plan, collections & market feedback.
### Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduation preferred.
• Prior experience in FMCG field sales (1-2 years).
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Willing to travel daily within assigned area; valid driving license is a plus.
• Basic arithmetic / knowledge of handling cash, billing.
