Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to promote and sell the company’s agro food products. The candidate will be responsible for visiting markets, meeting retailers/wholesalers, increasing product visibility, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Visit retail shops, distributors, wholesalers, and potential clients daily.

• Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.

2. Market & Customer Interaction

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and end customers.

• Conduct product demos, explain product benefits, and handle customer queries.

• Identify new markets and opportunities for product placement.

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily visit reports (DVR) and sales records.

• Update sales data, order collection, and payment follow-up.

• Share competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback with the management.

4. Merchandising & Branding

• Ensure proper display, visibility, and availability of products at retail counters.

• Check product stock levels, expiry, and overall shelf presentation.

• Support marketing activities such as promotions, sampling, and brand campaigns.

5. Collections & Payments

• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company policy.

• Maintain good follow-up and communication for outstanding payments.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG/Agro Food sales (Freshers may also apply).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Basic knowledge of local market and territory.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: As per industry standards.

• Incentives based on monthly sales performance.

• Per day conveyance 100 rupees

• PF/ESI as per company policy.

Work Schedule:

• 6 days working (Monday–Saturday).

• Field-based role with daily travel.
