Job Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops, kirana stores, supermarkets, and distributors across Madhya Pradesh to promote and sell 56 SWAD products.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers.

• Collect orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments.

• Conduct product sampling, demos, and promotional activities in the field.

• Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.

• Regularly report field activities, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to the manager.

• Ensure product visibility, proper display, and brand promotion at outlets.

• Coordinate with the Indore head office for stock, marketing support, and logistics.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.

• 1+ year of field sales experience (FMCG or spices industry preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Willingness to travel across Madhya Pradesh regularly.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives
