RESPONSIBILITIES

Advisor/Agent Acquisition & Enablement:
Accountable for recruiting new advisors/agents, delivering comprehensive orientation and training programs, and nurturing a performance-oriented team culture to drive swift organizational progress. Compliance with established procedures and quality standards is essential.

On-Ground Engagement:

• Source and onboard part-time individuals to operate as advisors/agents.

• Organize client interactions and perform in-person assessments.

Team Oversight & Mentorship:

• Lead and support team members in identifying leads via social media, word-of-mouth, networking, and professional affiliations. Aid them in transforming prospects into clients through direct interaction.

• Stimulate business development through coordinated group activities.

• Ensure clients are provided with customized financial planning aligned with their specific goals and aspirations.
