The Field Verification Executive will be responsible for conducting on-site verification of rental income and business premises of customers applying for loans or financial products. The role involves visiting customer-declared addresses, validating the authenticity of provided information, interacting with landlords, tenants, business owners, and neighbors, and preparing accurate field reports to assist the bank in income and credit assessment.
Conduct field visits to verify:
Residential or rental addresses.
Business locations and operational status.
Income-generating assets or activities (e.g., shops, offices, rental properties).
Validate the authenticity of documents submitted (rental agreements, business licenses, utility bills, etc.).
Interview relevant individuals such as landlords, neighbors, shop staff, or business owners to gather verification inputs.
Take geotagged photos and note key identifiers (signboards, customer presence, business activity, etc.).
Prepare and submit timely and accurate verification reports using standard bank formats.
Escalate any inconsistencies or red flags found during the verification process.
Maintain confidentiality and data security standards while handling customer information.
