Overview
We need energetic Field Support Engineers to install, service, and de‑install EDC and Soundbox devices at merchant premises. Engineers receive equipment at their home address by courier, complete daily appointments, and return any faulty or “field‑return” devices to the hub each month.

Home‑based with on‑site merchant visits in Araria, Purnia, Kishanganj & Katihar districts (no office visits required)

Key Responsibilities-
Receive device kits at home via courier; verify contents and condition.
- Perform daily merchant visits for installation, troubleshooting, and de‑installation.
- Follow appointment schedules and maintain punctuality.
- Resolve technical issues on‑site within service SLAs.
- Document work orders, collect signatures/e‑signatures, and upload reports via the company app.
- Return any faulty or end‑of‑life devices to the central warehouse once per month (or as instructed).
- Keep personal two‑wheeler and smartphone ready for field work; store devices securely when not in use.

Required Skills & Qualifications-
Own a two‑wheeler and a smartphone with internet access.
- Basic knowledge of POS/E‑commerce hardware; field service experience a plus.
- Ability to manage a daily appointment schedule independently.
- Good communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Physically fit to travel, lift up to 5 kg, and work outdoors.
- Valid driver’s licence and familiarity with local routes in the listed districts.
