We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with a strong background in solar power systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing electrical components of solar energy systems, including rooftop and ground-mounted projects.

• Design electrical layouts and SLDs for solar PV systems (on-grid/off-grid/hybrid)

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications

• Conduct site visits for feasibility assessment and electrical audits

• Coordinate with project managers and installation teams for execution

• Ensure compliance with MNRE, DISCOM, and other regulatory standards

• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of projects

• Handle cable sizing, protection devices, inverter selection, and grounding

• Work with AutoCAD, PVsyst, and other design tools for technical documentation

• Support in project BOQ, costing, and tender documentation

🧰 Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems in solar PV projects

• Familiar with grid connectivity standards and solar policies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, PVsyst, Helioscope (optional)

• Understanding of safety protocols and quality standards

• Good communication and team coordination skills

🎓 Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

• Certification in solar design/installation (preferred)
