We are looking for a Field Support Engineer to join our team . This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Software & IT Services. The role offers ₹18000 - ₹25000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT or Electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
HP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HP desktop and laptop architectures and common failure points is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in hardware diagnostics, software troubleshooting, OS installation (Windows 10/11), and networking basics.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication (written and verbal), and customer service skills.
Certification (A Plus): Certification like ComptTIA A+ or equivalent technical certifications are A+.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
