We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Field Engineer to provide on-site support for laptops, desktops, and printers across various client locations. The ideal candidate should have basic troubleshooting knowledge and the willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of laptops and desktops
Provide support for hardware issues including RAM, HDD, motherboard, etc.
Install, configure, and maintain printers and related peripherals
Handle on-site service requests and ensure timely resolution
Maintain records of repairs, service logs, and inventory
Coordinate with the central IT team for escalated issues
Ensure client satisfaction with prompt and professional service
