Job Summary

Kalco is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to support field operations. The role involves conducting site visits, site surveys, sample collection, documentation, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customer sites for inspections and surveys.

Collect samples and ensure proper handling and documentation.

Capture site measurements, photographs, and required project details.

Prepare and maintain survey reports and field documentation.

Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Track site activities and provide timely updates to management.

Ensure compliance with company processes and safety guidelines.

Support project planning and execution activities.

Requirements

Graduate/Diploma holder (preferred).

0–3 years of experience in field operations, site coordination, or survey work.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with frequent local travel.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and smartphone-based reporting.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
