Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Intelligence:
Conduct regular on-ground surveys of commercial, retail, industrial, and warehouse
properties.
Track current listings, rental trends, absorption rates, vacancy levels, and new
developments.
Collect data on competing properties and projects (rent, size, specifications, amenities,
etc.).
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Compile and analyze data to identify market trends, demand-supply dynamics, and
potential opportunities.
Prepare market reports, competitor benchmarking, and location-specific insights for
internal use.
Site Visits & Mapping:
Undertake physical site visits to assess property conditions, locations, access, visibility,
and infrastructure.
Map commercial zones, logistics hubs, and retail catchment areas relevant to target
sectors.Client Coordination:
Build relationships with property managers, and consultants to gather market
intelligence.
Support leasing teams by providing data needed for client presentations, proposals, and
negotiations.
Database Management:
Maintain an updated database of available properties, rental rates, and occupancy
status.
Regularly update internal systems/CRM with survey results and findings.
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in real estate market research, preferably in leasing.
Knowledge of different real estate segments including office, retail, warehousing, and
industrial properties.
