Key Responsibilities:

• Actively visit and pitch products to architects, interior designers, contractors, and construction firms

• Build relationships with channel partners, project sites, and B2B customers

• Demonstrate and promote our range of products including plywood, laminates, doors, handles, and hardware

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Track market trends and gather feedback to improve offerings

• Coordinate with internal teams for quotation, pricing, and timely delivery

• Maintain regular follow-up and update CRM or lead tracking system

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in building materials, hardware, or interior products

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license

Preferred Qualities:

• Self-starter with a result-oriented attitude

• Familiarity with local market and industry network

• Experience with IndiaMART / Justdial / B2B leads is a bonus
