The Gold Loan Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business for gold loans by identifying potential customers, conducting field visits, promoting the company’s gold loan products, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and approach potential customers in the field to promote gold loan products.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and local area marketing.
Explain product features, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
Assist customers in completing loan applications and KYC documentation.
Coordinate with the branch team for gold appraisal and loan processing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and local communities.
Conduct promotional activities like pamphlet distribution, door-to-door visits, and local tie-ups.
Collect market intelligence on competitors’ offerings and share insights with the team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines during customer acquisition and documentation.
Education: Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–3 years in sales, preferably in NBFCs, Banks, or financial institutions.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and customer handling skills.
Basic understanding of financial products, especially gold loans.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
