Roles and Responsibilities
Drive tractor and farm equipment sales by identifying, approaching, and engaging new and existing customers across designated rural markets.
Maintain regular contact and forge strong relationships with dealerships, enabling smooth business operations and timely sales closures.
Conduct field visits daily to expand customer base, gather market intelligence, and monitor competitive activities in Kukshi, Manawar, and Khargone.
Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets, track pipeline developments, and ensure prompt conversion of qualified leads.
Educate farmers and potential buyers on finance options, product features, and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Submit accurate sales reports, maintain client data, and update activity trackers as required by management protocols.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless disbursal of finance and post-sales support.
Proactively identify challenges or bottlenecks in the sales process and offer actionable solutions to enhance sales outcomes.
