Required Skills:
As a sales representative or 'rep', it would be your job to sell your company's products or services. You would be responsible for finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts.
Strong knowledge of market needs & demand, competent, hardworking & efficient. Stock Handling, collections, active follow-ups, good communication skill, knowledge of competitors market, sincere & internet savvy.
Job Description:
ü Front-line Sales position: Responsible for Sales & Collections; Increasing the sale of priority products; Appointing new dealers and Managing the existing dealers
ü Strengthening existing distribution channel and increasing market penetration i.e. Boost-up sales
ü Retailing and Product launching
ü Responsible for primary & secondary sales target achieving
ü Execute pro-active follow-up of remaining orders
ü Execute the end to end process for product orders, quotations, return and invoicing, including tasks in Data sheets.
ü Meeting sales target.
ü Enhancing Growth of the company by noting the market trends.

Job Summary:
Jhandewalas Food Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, develop essential business skills, and contribute to the growth of our company. The Sales Intern will assist in various sales activities, support the sales team, and learn about the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Research and identify potential leads through various online and offline channels.
Assist in qualifying leads based on established criteria.
Maintain and update the lead database.
Sales Support:
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
Assist in responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products/services.
Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments.
Assist in managing and organizing sales documentation.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to the sales team.
Gather customer feedback and report on market trends.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Assist in managing and updating customer information in the CRM system.
Track sales activities and generate reports using the CRM.
Sales Activities:
Assist with outbound calling and/or emailing campaigns.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
Potentially shadow sales representatives on client visits.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform general administrative duties as needed.
Assist with the creation of sales reports.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's degree program in business administration, marketing, Sales or a related field.
Strong interest in sales and business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Experience with a CRM is a plus.
