We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Field Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients in the field, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and a passion for building customer relationships.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide accurate and timely sales reports and market feedback to management
Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and trade shows as required
Proven experience in field sales or similar role (0-3 years preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong customer focus and results-oriented attitude
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
