Sales and Business Development:
●Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory.
● Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
●Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
● Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Key Competencies:
● Strong understanding of B2C sales prospecting and customer engagement cycles.
● Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
● Confident in initiating cold conversations in person and via WhatsApp.
● Ability to tailor pitches based on customer persona and buying stage.
● Strong follow-up discipline and a hunger to convert leads into sales
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications:
● A bachelor’s degree or diploma is required.
● Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
● Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned
territory
