About the Role:

We are hiring a Field Sales Officer to promote and sell agricultural drone solutions to farmers and agri-businesses. This is a field job involving travel to rural areas to meet customers, give demos, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit farmers and agri clients in the field (rural areas)

• Demonstrate how agri drones help improve farming

• Generate leads and follow up to close sales

• Train customers on basic usage of drones

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Share field feedback with the manager

Skills Required

• Good communication and customer interaction skills

• Field sales or agri-tech experience preferred

• Problem-solving, negotiation, and goal orientation

• Ability to explain tech products in simple terms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing preferred)

• 1+ year of sales or marketing experience

• Familiarity with CRM tools

• 2-wheeler license (Preferred)

Languages Preferred

• Kannada (Fluent)

• Basic English (for reporting and communication)
