Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

Drive sales & disbursement targets for the gold loan vertical across branches.
Recruit, train, and manage Sales Managers and Officers, ensuring high productivity.
Monitor lead generation to conversion ratio from all field activities.
Maintain cost of acquisition within defined limits.
Build and maintain a healthy and profitable gold loan portfolio.
Monitor collections and recovery, ensuring delinquencies remain under control.
Provide market insights and competition mapping to the central product team.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
