Job Purpose:

To drive financing solutions for solar projects by supporting customers, dealers, and partners in availing loans and credit facilities. The role ensures smooth processing of solar finance applications, compliance with company policies, and growth in solar financing penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard customers/dealers interested in solar financing.

Promote solar finance products such as loans for solar rooftop, solar water pumps, and solar equipment.

Evaluate customer eligibility, collect documents, and ensure KYC compliance.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and sales teams for loan processing.

Educate customers on EMI structures, interest rates, subsidies, and repayment terms.

Monitor disbursement and ensure timely EMI collections.

Maintain relationships with channel partners, installers, and distributors to increase solar finance adoption.

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of retail loan products (solar/renewable energy financing preferred).

Basic understanding of solar products and renewable energy sector.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship management.
