Job Title: Field Sales Officer (FSO)
About the Role
We are hiring energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Officers to manage retail and distributor counters in their assigned territory. This is a field-intensive sales job involving regular market visits, distributor handling, and sales target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
Handle distributor and retail counters in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly sales, distribution, and visibility targets.
Ensure product availability and proper merchandising at outlets.
Strengthen relationships with retailers and distributors.
Manage order booking, collections, and timely follow-ups.
Expand distribution coverage by adding new outlets/distributors.
Report competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Minimum Graduate (Undergraduates with strong sales experience may apply). MBA Freshers are also eligible.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in FMCG/Consumer Goods field sales preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
Good communication & negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month
TA/DA (Travel & Daily Allowance): As per company policy
