We are looking for a high-performing Field Sales Manager to lead and manage our field sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing field representatives, and ensuring consistent performance across territories. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer relationship management.
Lead, motivate, and Generate leads and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve business goals.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity.
Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance, support sales efforts, and strengthen client relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive sales campaigns.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.
Recruit, train, and onboard new field sales team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Facility Management .
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
