Field Sales Manager – DDGN Logistics (Full-Time | Delhi NCR | Immediate Joiner Preferred)

We're expanding fast – and looking for a strategic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our growth journey.
🔧 Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients in India, focusing on importers, wholesalers, and brand owners.
Identify potential clients needing product sourcing or logistics support from China, HK, or Vietnam.
Build and manage marketing funnels using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
Design and launch outreach campaigns, webinars, product brochures, and presentations to educate clients about DDGN’s capabilities.
Build strong client relationships and provide after-sales support to ensure repeat business.
Lead generation via B2B platforms, referrals, trade exhibitions, and digital marketing.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless client experience.
🎯 Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, logistics, international trade, or sourcing industry.
Solid understanding of import/export, freight forwarding, or product procurement.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WhatsApp Business, and email marketing.
Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset and a hunger to grow in a fast-paced environment.
