The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth for interior and exterior design & execution services through client acquisition, field sales visits, and team management. The role involves developing new business opportunities, meeting clients on-site, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
Lead and manage a team of field sales executives.
Generate new business opportunities for interior & exterior projects (residential, commercial, corporate).
Conduct field visits to meet potential clients, architects, contractors, and builders.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure business growth.
Develop strategies to improve market presence and build client base.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to management.
Support the sales team in client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements in pricing/strategy.
Strong knowledge of interior/exterior design & execution industry.
Proven experience in field sales and team handling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to motivate, guide, and manage a sales team.
