We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team ShinePoints (ShineEdtech Projects Pvt Ltd)

Work Mode : Field Work (No daily office visit)

Location : Any area in your assigned city

Timings : Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 5 PM

Role Overview:

Join ShinePoints as a Field Sales Executive to promote our Reward Points Software to retail shops. You’ll pitch the product, onboard stores for a free trial, and convert them to annual subscribers. Freshers welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Visit 10–15 retail stores daily and explain benefits of ShinePoints.

• Enroll shops in a free 1-month trial and follow up for paid subscription.

• Achieve monthly target of 50 store tie-ups for incentives.

• Maintain relationships with retailers and report progress daily.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

• Good communication in local language + basic English.

• Freshers or <6 months experience can apply.

Salary & Benefits:

• 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA (₹25k take-home) + Incentives.

• Graduates: ₹3.8 LPA (₹31k take-home) + Incentives.

• Transport Allowance ₹100/day.

• Incentives: ₹250 per shop above target.
