Key Responsibilities:
Identify and appoint new dealers across Gujarat.
Develop and manage strong dealer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through dealer channels.
Provide product training and sales support to dealers.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor dealer performance.
Expand brand presence in untapped areas.
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and service support.
Report sales activities and dealer feedback to management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat.
Dealer Development (Solar Water Heaters)
Basic knowledge of solar water heater systems is an advantage.

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 5 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
